Protein biscuits/bread.

The only flour in this recipe is almond flour! Good for gluten free and Ketone diets, but also yummy for all of us!

Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese, 1/2 Cup of a mix of grated mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 3 tsps. baking powder, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp.olive oil. Mix first 6 ingredients ( use cuisinart if have it!) Add eggs and olive oil, don't over mix. Drop thin dough on greased cookie sheets (they will spread so measure out about how big you want them! ) We used them as veggie thin rolls and they held together beautifully! This recipe will make about 8-10 biscuits. Bake in 400degree oven for about 10-15 mins. or until golden. Enjoy and feel good about what you are about to eat. Taste good with any dip/spread or olive oil!

Cooked after 10 mins. Cool for 5 mins. then gently use spatula to remove.
VOILA!
