Here's a simple technique to do when you have discomfort in your hips, or slight scoliosis where one hip is higher then the other making one leg "shorter" then the other. Find a stairs. Step up with one leg, letting other leg hang down off step. Lift that hip up and hold for 5 seconds, then drop. Do this 2xs then switch sides. Lift the hip that is lower or not hurting first.
