Cheesy Nut Loaf

1 stalk of celery, chopped fine, 1/2 red pepper, chopped up, 2 cups nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds) ground fine, 2 1/2 C cooked brown rice, 1 1/2 C grated cheese, 1 egg ( or substitute flax seeds &water), 1 Tbsp Sage, 3/4Tbsp thyme, 2 tsp. Basil, 1 Tbsp. of Braggs Amino Acids, 1/2tsp garlic powder, 2 Tbsp olive oil. Mix well and add 1 C of Tomato sauce. Put into greased loaf pan and cover with foil. Bake 50mins @350degrees. Uncover and add some sauce to top with 1/2C cheese. Bake 10mins. more. Enjoy with roasted veggies or a green leafy salad!
